Shipping & Returns

Shipping to anywhere in Canada is free.

Purchases will be processed in 1-2 days, shipped via Canada Post, and delivered to you in 3-5 business days.

Shipping to the continental US is free for orders over $200CAD. For all other orders we will add a flat fee of $20CAD to your invoice. Any customs, duties and/or taxes that are applicable are the buyers’ responsibility. Purchases will be processed in 1-2 days, shipped via USPS, and delivered to you in 5-7 business days.

For all orders, once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation and a tracking number.

Revive Leatherworks is not responsible for goods damaged in shipping. Contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.

We will gladly accept refunds within 14 days of purchase. Product must be returned in the original shipping box, and must be in the original condition as from our shop. Once we receive the returned item, we will examine it, and contact you with confirmation, whereupon we will refund the purchase price to the original method of payment. Refunds do not include any applicable shipping and handling charges. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping or applicable customs, duties, or after purchase taxes (tariffs).

Only regular priced, and non-discounted items are refundable. All sale items, or those sold with promotional discounts are final sale.

 

Warranty

Revive Leatherworks stands behind our products. We offer a 1 year warranty for defects. Simply contact us with your issue and we will start a conversation regarding repair. You will have to send us pictures of the defect, as well as a pictures of the entire product, so that we may assess it’s condition. If we agree that the defect is in workmanship, we will ask you to send the product back (at your cost). We will repair it at no cost to you, and ship your item back to you at our cost. We do not warranty damage caused by regular use or misuse, nor damage from failure to appropriately care for the product.
